Use Easen with Claude

Connect Easen to Claude, ChatGPT or any AI app that supports MCP connectors, and ask it about your meetings, decisions, commitments and transcripts. The connection is read-only: the app can read your Easen records but never change them. Available on Easen Pro.

Connect Claude

1. In Claude, open Settings, then Connectors, then Add custom connector.
2. Name it Easen and paste https://mcp.easen.ai/mcp
3. Press Connect. A browser window opens: sign in to Easen and allow access.
4. Back in Claude, the Easen connector lists six read-only tools.

Connect ChatGPT or another app

In ChatGPT, open Settings, then Plugins, then MCPs, add a server with the same address, and press Authenticate. Any other app that takes a custom connector or MCP server address works the same way: paste https://mcp.easen.ai/mcp and sign in to Easen when asked.

What the app can do

• Ask Easen. Answers a question across your meetings, with the meetings it used.
• Search meetings. Finds meetings by topic, person or date.
• Get a meeting. Returns one meeting's summary, decisions, action items and open questions.
• Get a meeting transcript. Returns what was said, word for word, in parts for long meetings.
• List commitments. Lists what you owe people and what they owe you, with due dates and overdue items marked.
• Get the meeting in progress. Reads the meeting you are in right now, with records that match it. Only when Live meeting access is on.

During a meeting

Turn on Live meeting access in Easen (Settings, Integrations, under AI apps) and Claude can follow the meeting you are in. It is off until you turn it on, and interviews are never shared. In Claude, three one-click prompts appear under Easen in the + menu:

• Catch me up. What the meeting has covered, what was decided, what is open, and anything asked of you.
• What should I say? One or two things worth saying now, from the meeting and your records.
• Draft the follow-up. A follow-up message from the meeting you are in or just finished.

Privacy and disconnecting

The app sees only your own account, and only to read. Disconnect it any time in Easen under Settings, Integrations, which ends its access immediately. See section 6 of the Privacy Policy for what is shared and how long live meeting data is kept.

Troubleshooting

• “Connection expired” or “no tools available” in Claude. Press Reconnect (or Disconnect, then Connect) and sign in to Easen again.
• Claude says live sharing is off. Turn on Live meeting access in Easen, then ask again.
• Claude says the plan doesn’t include the connector. The connector is part of Easen Pro.
